In this popcorn generation it’s easy to confuse momentum with spreading ourselves than, sometimes the only thing standing in the way of achieving our goals is the fact that we are too busy to take a PAUSE.

Kristen Geez, is a digital content creator, training consultant, and founder of Advising Generation Z, a non-profit organization focused on giving students and young adults become the best version of themselves.
